For civil and construction work we supply and maintain earthmoving plant, fabricate structural steel, and keep fleets running with workshop repairs and field breakdown support.
Dozers run to Cat D11, D10 and D10T2 in Tier 4 Final, alongside Cat and Komatsu wheel loaders, Cat excavators, graders, generators and transformers, and dewatering pumps and screens. All are available for hire and for sale, backed by the same repair capability that services the mines.
Structural steel and large sectionalised weldments are fabricated in the same bay as the dragline work, 90 m long, 30 m wide and 16 m high, taking workpieces to 150 tonnes.

A BREAKDOWN DOES NOT WAIT FOR THE WORKSHOP
If we hire it, we maintain it, and we repair yours as well. Field crews cover construction, plant maintenance and breakdown response across the Bowen Basin and beyond, 24/7, with all seven workshop departments behind them.
Undercarriage, cylinders, gear cases, slew bearings and structural repairs are handled in house rather than sent out to a third party, so no part of the job waits on someone else's queue.
Our transport division moves the machine either way, with low loaders to 50 tonnes, heavy rigid tilt trays, prime movers on flat and drop deck trailers and Franna cranes for the lift.
