A COMPLETE RANGE OF MODERN WELDING
We carry out all steel and non-ferrous fabrications, from small detailed work to large structural sectionalised weldments, draglines, stacker reclaimers, silos, surge bins, rotary breakers, crushers and screens, and structural steel. A complete range of modern welding operations is tailored to suit new and existing components for wear reclamation and hard surfacing.
We specialise in the new manufacture and repair of dragline and face shovel rope sheaves and drums, pins and bushes, walking frames, cams and shafts, fairlead and boom point assemblies, and hydraulic excavator load rollers and drive sprockets, as well as the associated structural repairs to booms, side frames, car bodies, upper frame modules, dippers and buckets.
Our accredited Welding Supervisors lead a team of certified Welders and Boilermakers.
PROCESSES & ABCLAD
Submerged arc, TIG and MIG welding are run alongside our patented ABClad hard-surfacing process for wear reclamation. Large sheave rotators, shaft rotators, welding booms, manipulators, rolls and jigs let us turn and position the heaviest workpieces safely for a quality weld.
